Here is a Dropbox link to a word document containing the text of our survey. We used Survey Monkey, but Google surveys might be free... https://www.dropbox.com/s/hh9c3cuv4hfehwl/FINAL%20VERSION%20-%20Temple%20Sinai%20survey%20on%20COVID-19%20-%20sent%20March%2017%202020.docx?dl=0

Facebook live could be good for that

If your congregants are on Facebook - not everyone is

Zoom has 2 major methods of meetings . . . (1)Regular meetings where everyone can see, hear, and interact (2) Zoom Webinars where the panelist can be seen/heard by the attendees. Attendees submit questions in a more formal/controlled fashion. It is the matter of choosing the method which works best of the specific need. Webinar is a more pricey feature, so I would imagine most will want the regular Zoom Meetings.

Any ideas for meeting Pesach needs, helping single people, particularly, to avoid isolation; we haven’t cancelled our community seder yet, but clearly will need to.

Thinking about Shabbat streaming - Zoom has the option to record, but doesn’t do that by default. To my understanding, Facebook does record, which could pose halakhic challenges for some communities

Tova's was going to cater our communal seder-- now we're offering "seder in a box" for sale from them, through us.

North Shore rabbis have started to discuss joining together for online sederim, and hopefully support to bring food to people who need it. But It's just in preliminary discussion. How do we move forward with any shared plans?

01:18:45
Victor, I think you have to cancel your in person Seder.
